Is this safe for my floor's finish?
Yes. We use specialised pH-neutral products and non-abrasive equipment, safe for Lifewood's natural timber. And because we built the floor, we know exactly what it can handle.
What if my floor needs more than a clean?
Your technician will let you know during the Floor Health Check. Scratch & dent repair, recoats, refreshers, furniture felting, furniture moving and carpet cleaning are all available as add-ons, quoted within 24 hours alongside your Deep Clean.
How much does a Lifewood Deep Clean cost?
Pricing depends on your floor's size, condition, and any add-on services you choose. There's no fixed public rate. Your Floor Health Check is complimentary, and your formal quote follows within 24 hours.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 24 hours of your on-site Floor Health Check, so you can make a decision without a long wait.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
For the Floor Health Check, yes. We'll walk the floor with you and discuss your quote directly. For the Deep Clean itself, arrangements can be made either way; just let us know when you book.
Does a Deep Clean affect my Lifetime Structural Warranty?
No. Our Deep Clean service uses products and methods that are safe for Lifewood floors and consistent with the terms of your existing warranty. If you have specific warranty questions, we're happy to address them when we call.
Is this really only for existing Lifewood customers?
Yes. Because our floors are built using specialised, patented technology, this service, including the 10% introductory discount and special gift, is exclusive to homes with an existing Lifewood floor.
