Bamboozle was created with a simple ambition: to develop flooring that combines natural beauty with outstanding stability and long-term performance.
That philosophy became the foundation for Lifewood. Today, Lifewood continues that work with premium Australian timbers, French Oak and American timber, supported by the patented technologies developed through years of research, manufacturing and experience.
Our Story
Built from a passion for better flooring.
Bamboozle began in 2002 and grew from a small flooring business into a recognised name in the Australian flooring industry.
Along the way, the team encountered a fundamental challenge with conventional bamboo flooring: natural movement caused by Australia's changing conditions.
Rather than accept the limitations of existing products, Bamboozle invested in research and development to create a more stable flooring construction.
The result was the patented Stabilised Solid flooring technology that became a defining part of the Bamboozle story — and continues today through Lifewood.
