HAND DELIVERY SERVICE ACROSS PERTH

Lifewood delivers premium timber flooring throughout Perth using our inhouse delivery team and vans, ensuring your flooring arrives safely, on time, and ready for installation. 

Your order is prepared and delivered by our inhouse team who hand unloaded onsite into a cool, dry and protected area wherever possible. 

Lifewood approaches delivery as an important part of the overall experience, not simply the final step before installation. 

Lifewood is centrally positioned in Osborne Park, allowing efficient delivery scheduling across the Perth metropolitan region , Monday-Friday, between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

Confirm Your Flooring Selection
After your showroom consultation, our team confirms your flooring quantities and delivery requirements.

Schedule Delivery
Delivery is scheduled Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm.

Receive SMS Delivery ETA
Receive an SMS ETA on the scheduled delivery day so you know when to expect our team.

Onsite Delivery & Hand Unloading
Our in-house team delivers and hand unloads your flooring into a dry, safe and accessible area onsite.

DELIVERY ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

To help ensure your flooring arrives safely and in perfect condition, we ask that the delivery location provides:

  • Clear driveway access for unloading
  • Safe access to the delivery area
  • A cool, dry and protected storage space
  • Someone onsite to assist with access if required.
If you are unsure whether your site is suitable for delivery access, our team will be happy to assist prior to scheduling delivery.

TIMBER FLOORING DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. 

As timber flooring is substantial in weight and requires careful handling during transport and unloading, delivery pricing is calculated specifically for each project and included clearly within your quotation.

FLOORING STORAGE & RETURNS

Timber flooring may be stored prior to installation provided it is kept inside a cool, dry and secure environment protected from moisture and weather exposure. 

Unopened boxes may be returned for a 85% refund, subject to approval and return condition. 

As many Lifewood floors are manufactured and prepared specifically for scheduled projects, stock cannot be held beyond the agreed delivery or collection date.

Where do you deliver?

Lifewood delivers throughout Perth metropolitan areas using our inhouse delivery team.

We can arrange delivery of flooring across Australia using our trusted transport partners.

Do you deliver to regional areas?

Yes, we do have contractors that deliver to all parts of Australia and country areas. 

Do you deliver upstairs apartments?

Yes. Delivery to apartments and multi-level buildings can be arranged, however additional delivery charges apply depending on site access requirements. 

Can timber flooring be stored before installation?

Yes. Flooring may be stored prior to installation provided it is kept inside a cool, dry and secure environment protected from moisture and weather exposure. 

What flooring products do you deliver?

Lifewood delivers only its own range of flooring, decking and accessories.
