Please note that we do not sell flooring products online. All purchases are made in person or after a personalised consultation with our team.
As every Lifewood floor is crafted and installed to order, returns are generally not applicable. However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your flooring, we will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our commitment to quality and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
