What happens after I pay the deposit?
After you select your floor design and place your deposit, our professional team will email you a proposal with the price of your boards locked in.
How long is my price guaranteed?
Your quoted price is guaranteed for 12 months. Once you secure it with a small deposit, that price is locked in and you can move ahead with your flooring when you’re ready.
Can I change my floor style later?
Yes, you can absolutely change your floor style after paying your deposit. Your original price guarantee still applies, so you’ll pay the same rate you secured.
What if I’m not ready to install yet?
We understand you sometimes experience delays in building and renovating. That’s why we lock your price to the time of your deposit for up to 12 months until you’re ready to install.
