8. Best Renovation – Apartment
Black Forest French Oak flooring was the floor of choice in this truly stunning transformation of a Peppermint Grove apartment. The deep tones of Black Forest provide a simple base for our clients decor creating a luxurious and relaxed feel.
7. Best Renovation – House – blending old with new
Paying homage to the original home’s Jarrah flooring, our Grey Ironbark was the perfect solution for availability, durability and aesthetics. Renovation managed by XON Construction with Lifewood installers filling this home’s modern extension with the richness of Grey Ironbark, creating a contemporary look that is sensitive to this home 1950’s origins.
6. Most popular new French Oak colour
New to our French Oak range in 2023, Norway won the hearts of our customers, bringing a light, airy Scandanavian feel to Perth homes.
5. New product 240mm wide Oak
Taking our flooring to a new level of luxury, with a new board width of 240mm, proved a popular choice. Reminiscent of a bygone era, these wider boards bring character and charm to the home. Our client chose the Oak Natural finish to compliment their interior style.
4. Innovative product – Natures Steel
Recognising an opportunity to offer a strong and durable floor that is more cost effective opened the way for our new design, Natures Steel. Recognised by the flooring industry body ATFA for its innovative design, the bamboo core ensures a stable floorboard with the French Oak look and feel Lifewood is renowned for.
3. Best New home
The crisp, minimalist architecture and the natural texture and warmth of French Oak Smoked form an alliance that is balanced, ensuring this spacious new home is inviting from the moment you enter.
2. Coordinated flooring, table and cabinetry
This apartment renovation capitalised on our offerings of French Oak flooring, custom made dining table and cabinet using Lifewood timber to ensure a coherent look throughout with our French Oak Black Forest
