“The ever changing hues of the Indian Ocean contrast with the inviting warmth of Lifewood’s Spotted Gum.”
Take a walk through this renovation
The ever changing hues of the Indian Ocean contrast with the inviting warmth of Spotted Gum in this newly renovated Scarborough apartment.
Creating a feeling of space that is inviting and tones in with existing timber in the master bedroom was the challenge our client faced at the start of their renovation journey. Lifewood’s Spotted Gum in the narrow 130mm wide boards successfully achieved this, the long lines of timber flooring allow the eyes to travel through the apartment, naturally arriving at the spectacular view.
Renovating an apartment can take some logistics, and checking in with the Strata body first is a necessary first step, to ensure all requirements are met before commencing work. Our consultants’ experience in apartment renovations meant a trouble free transition to a new floor and our clients were able to walk on their new floor within hours of it being installed!
