Coating: Matte finish with 7-layered polyurethane UV protective coating

- Ground floor: Entire ground floor excluding wet areas
- 16 stairs with 100% real French Oak nosings and risers, plus 1 return and top step
- Upper floor: Full coverage of living, dining area, kitchen, scullery and walk in pantry.
- 6 solid 70mm stair treads for bottom section of staircase
